Direct response marketing is a strategy for synchronizing database
marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, broadcast faxing, advertising, sales lead
management, internet access and field sales. It maintains contact with the customer at
various points during and after the sale. Points of contact need to include pre-sale
qualification; integrated communications during the sale process (such as direct mail,
